During the course of every baseball season our Officers, Chief Umpires and Umpires meet once a week, to discuss how we can be
the best Umpires we can be during the season.
We may discuss an interpretation of a rule or
a play that came up during the course of a
game.  The important thing is we share that
experience with each other and all gain from
it. This also makes us a closer as a group and
better Umpires.

Some of our Umpires have gone to various
Communities around Chicago and Northern
suburbs to hold pitching clinics for some of
our clients (Softball, Pony, Travel and
Little Leagues). Our Umpires teach the correct
motion to avoid the dreaded balk or Illegal pitch.
Coaches and teams have both benefited
from this clinic.
